Fit for Life - Total Body Workout

Begin with a warm-up. Progress to stretching, strength training with hand weights and resistance bands, lower body toning, and low impact aerobics to music. Individual adaptations encouraged. No floor work.

Brain Fitness

Integrate your mental and physical skills including vision and hearing.  Learn to help your brain use both the right and left hemispheres more effectively through simple exercises, in a safe environment.  Strengthen your cognitive ability and you may notice physical changes— even in balance and posture.  Improve concentration, reading, and writing skills. Be more alert.  Wake up your brain.  The strategies in this class are easy and effective.

Tai Chi

Pilates

Through the Pilates method, you will learn to use your body more efficiently and decrease your potential for injury in everyday activities and sports. You will learn to control your movements from the “core.” You will have better posture, improved muscle tone, strength, flexibility, and balance. Bring a high density mat, a bottle of water, and wear comfortable workout attire.

Senior Community Chorus

Come join the "Sing-A-Longs", our community chorus for men as well as women.  Whether or not you have ever sung in a choir, you are welcome! Whether or not you can read music you can still be in this group! All you have to do is like to sing, learn, and have a good time.  You will learn good choral tone production and proper breathing techniques for singing, and be introduced to music fundamentals. Performances are done in the community throughout the year.
