You don’t need experience with loans or real estate, but the Notary Public class is required in order to take this class. The instructor will explain the process for becoming certified as a Notary Signing Agent and the associated costs, insurance, supplies, and an added background check. If you have taken the Notary Public course and are awaiting your commission, take this class now and be ready to go as soon as you receive your commission.
